Martin J. Payton, III – President

President and Owner since 2015. He was appointed President of the Company in 2010 after serving as the Company’s VP of Operations for 20 plus years. Marty graduated from Villanova University in 1985 with a BS in International Business and began working full time for Precision Metal Services immediately upon graduation.

Kevin P. Hughes – Vice President – North America Sales

Joined Precision Metal Services in 2010 as Vice President – Sales\Technical. He served as Vice President of Operations for 7 years and is currently Vice President of North American Sales. He graduated from Lehigh University in 1985 with a BS in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering. Kevin has over 40 years of experience in the steel industry: melting, casting, hot rolling, wire production and commercial management. Having previously worked for: United States Steel, Arcelor Mittal and most recently Carpenter Technology.

Michael J. Walter – Vice President – Operations

Joined Precision Metal Services in 2018 as the Vice President of Sales/Technical. As VP of Operations, Mike is responsible for purchasing, warehouse activities, sales and technical. He is a key resource in the development of new markets and alloys. He graduated from Penn State University in 1990 with a BS in Metal Science & Engineering. He has over 35 years of experience in the specialty metals industry, having worked for: Carpenter Technology and Depuy-Synthes (J&J) Medical Devices.

He joined Precision Metal Services full-time in 2012 after graduating from the University of Scranton with a BS in Business Administration. Prior to full-time employment, he also spent 4 years part-time in the shipping and receiving department.

Brian S. Dauble – Vice President – Sales

Joined Precision Metal Services in 2025 as Vice President – Sales. In this role, Brian is responsible for sales and business growth.  Brian has 27+ years in the specialty metals industry, having most recently worked for Carpenter Technology for the past 15+ years in multiple sales and purchasing leadership roles and prior to that worked for Swiss Steel, Arcelor and Centric Alloys with increasing roles of responsibility.  Brian has a BA degree from the State University of NY at Albany where he ran on the Track & Field team.

Meghan E. Davidson – Chief Financial Officer

Joined Precision Metal Services in 2015 after serving as a Senior Associate for the accounting firm RSM. Meghan graduated from Fairfield University in 2011 with a BS in Accounting in 2012 and with a MS in Accounting.

Sharon McElwee – Purchasing Manager

Joined Precision Metal Services in 2003. Sharon started in the Sales department for Precision Metal Services and after a few years became the Purchasing Manager, still maintaining a handful of sales accounts. Sharon is responsible for purchasing all metal products domestically and internationally. She has over 30 years of experience in the metals industry working prior in the carbon, copper, and flat product industries.

Cesar Martinez – Latin American Sales Manager

Joined Precision Metal Services in 1999 working in Shipping/Receiving. In 2000, Cesar started working in sales attending the needs of customers in Mexico as well as other Latin American countries. He currently handles a select group of specialty accounts in the US Market as well as all of our business in Mexico and Latin America.

Hector Rodriguez – Warehouse Manager

Joined Precision Metal Services in 2017, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in building materials sales, logistics management, and contractor relations. As warehouse manager, he leads our team of operators to ensure that our customer orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped with speed and security every day.

Joe Voisine – Director of Logistics

Joined Precision Metal Services in 2008, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in asset recovery, sales, warehousing, distribution, and logistics management. As Director of Importations and Logistics he is involved in every aspect of shipping, handling, distribution of our material.

Nick Walter – Sales Manager

Joined Precision Metal Services in 2021. He graduated from Penn State University in 2021 with a BS in Geosciences. He started as Technical Sales Associate and was promoted to Sales Manager in 2024.

He aims to provide quality customer service in sales and to assist with any technical questions that customers may have.
